Instead of simply putting the property online and hoping for the best, we worked closely with the seller to develop a plan to improve the home’s appearance and overall presentation.
That process included coordinating repairs, improvements, cleanup, and staging recommendations through trusted contractors and vendors. Sometimes sellers become overwhelmed when preparing a home for sale, especially if the property needs updates or has been neglected over time.
